Shipping Policy

We are happy to say we ship to almost every country in the world and we offer free shipping on most items in our store. Unfortunately, some outlying islands are unreachable by our couriers.

My product came damaged, what do I do?

Please contact us immediately with your order number and an image of the damage, and we will investigate to issue a refund or replacement for you.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you find yourself in a situation where you would like to cancel the order, please let us know. Contact us immediately. Orders that have been processed are not eligible for cancellation.

How can I track my orders?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 48-72 hours for the link to update and show any information. The tracking links may not update, but the package is on its way as it has left the warehouse.

How long will delivery take?

Our First Class Covers are custom-made to the specs of your vehicle. The production process takes around 2 – 4 weeks, and please allow 7 – 10 days for shipping. Production begins when we get photos of your interior. If not photos are submitted after 7 days, we will continue with production.

We do occasionally have high volumes of orders to process which may extend the production time slightly, we will inform you if your item will be delayed.

All orders are tracked. You will receive your tracking number via email as soon as it is available.

Where are these made?

Our custom seat covers and accessories are sourced overseas and custom fitted / altered to fit your seats in our Tennessee warehouse. Our products are made overseas and fitted in Tennessee.
