Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
If you use any of our large discounts starting at $40+ off your order, this will replace your 1-year warranty and eligibility for a free exchange. If you want an exchange, the price will be determined based on what you need replaced for each inquiry. You cannot bundle 1 year warranty and discount offers together.
Standard Fitment:
Our standard fitment options, available on our website, include basic customizations. These come with our standard diamond pattern and colors offered on the website directly. With this option, some parts of your original upholstery may still be visible, and certain seat functions may be limited depending on your seat type. Examples include headrest adjustments, seat folding, covered levers or switches, and armrests. This package is our more affordable, hands-off option for basic coverage, designed to cover the full seat when the headrest is set to its lowest position.
Full Custom Fitment:
Our full custom fitment includes all available customizations. Custom stitching, patterns and colors. We add precise cutouts for levers and switches, provide full surround coverage on seat backs for folding functions, and design headrest covers with full adjustment capabilities. Because of the additional tailoring, this package requires more one-on-one communication to confirm measurements and identify all areas that need cutouts for a perfect fit. If no communication is received during this process, your order will automatically be downgraded to the Standard Fit package, and the price difference will be credited back to your account.
If you place an order for custom seats covers these are made to order and require your direct cooperation to complete and insure a correct fitment. Immediately after your purchase you will be emailed and texted instructions to provided photos of your seats.
These photos are required so that we can stitch your covers to the shape of your seat and make them compatible with all of the features of your seat. It is your responsibility to provide these photos.
If photos are not provided within 7 days of the purchase and you are unresponsive, we will have to source for photos online which may result in incorrect fitments or compatibilities with your seats. Because there was no cooperation your warranty and return will be void and you will be required to pay full price for a replacements if there are any issues.
